Quality Guarantee and Refund Policy

Orders placed for pick up at Ole Tyme Produce are generally available the same day or the day after the order was placed. We make every effort to ensure each order is hand selected with high quality products that exceed customer expectations. Despite these efforts, a customer may occasionally be dissatisfied with a product. Our products are Unconditionally Guaranteed when customers use the following procedure for refunds:

1. Customers pick up their order at Ole Tyme Produce within 24 hours of the email notification indicating the order was ready for pick up. 
(If you receive an email notification that your order is ready for pick up, but you will not be able to pick it up within 24 hours, please contact Ole Tyme Produce customer service to make alternate arrangements for filling your order. Thank you.)


2. Customers notify Ole Tyme Produce customer service of quality issues within 48 hours AFTER picking up their order. 
(Orders placed at alternate pickup locations are eligible for refunds if the customer notifies Ole Tyme Produce of quality issues within 48 hours after their order was delivered to the pickup location.)
